¡Felíz cumpleaños!

What:

It's a birthday! Or two! Or three! And we're going to celebrate in excess. Spanish food! Fireworks! Bonfires! Revelry of all sorts... Help us REALLY give the neighbors something to talk about!
Who:

We have at least 2 birthdays to celebrate! Be sure to give them a pat on the back and make sure their drinks are full! They will be the ones in sombreros.

Daniel A. Bergamini (The big 3-0)
Robert A. Barton (The not-so-big, but not to be sniffed at 2-7)
Blair Kraft (attendance to be determined)
Shayan Hedayat (attendance confirmed)

Festivities:

When?
The Weekend of 25th of June. Guests traveling from afar are welcome to come early and/or stay late. Dan and I will be on site from Thursday night until Tuesday night. We love having guests, so please just let us know what your schedule is going to be. We would be happy to feed you and direct you to entertainment while we're busy setting up.

Where?
The Bergamini "Compound" (as Dan likes to call it). Situated between the Dartmouth-Sunapee area, the White Mountains, and the Lakes Region, there is plenty to do if you like hiking/ swimming/ kayaking- basically anything outdoors. Camping outdoors on the compound is highly encouraged because there will likely be too many guests to fit everyone in the house (and we're going to party all night). We will have "facilities" so it's not truly roughing it and everyone is more than welcome to come in and get out of the outdoors. We can personally attest to the comfort of sleeping outdoors due to the piles of very comfortable and ergonomic wood chips as a result of the 5 acres of trees we cut down.

Of course, if this is STILL considered roughing it, there is a lovely B&B about 7 miles away that is fairly inexpensive and the proprietors are wonderful. However, we do NOT want anyone driving after drinking, so please keep that in mind when making plans.

What's happening?
Saturday 9-4 Guest Arrival
Come anytime- there's lots to do!

Saturday 11 am
The festivities will be kicking into gear on Saturday morning with a motorcycle ride as interest dictates, please let us know if you are interested. The ride can include a ride through the Notch, quick bite to eat along the way ... those guest not interested in a bike ride, but arriving early can ask Elaina about any number of other activities from antiquing to hiking or just keeping her company while setup continues.

Saturday 2 pm
Skeet shooting- Dan’s new hobby. We now have a launcher and a shotgun. Keep in mind that with all of the people planning on attending, we can not mix alcohol and firearms. You will not be allowed to fire after drinking. We will be marking the shooting range for everyone to stay clear of it.

Saturday 4 pm
Let the eating begin! Sangria! Chorizo! And Birthday Flan! We will be cooking up the biggest paella you've ever seen on the grill. It's bigger than big, it's HUGE! A full 31 inches wide, this will truly be a test of Elaina's skill. Come watch Elaina sweat and cry (is it the onions or the smoke from the grill?)

Saturday 9 pm
Birthday Fireworks!

Sunday 10:30 am
Send off, thank you breakfast! You're welcome to hang out as long as you like, but thank you!
