Last week I was able to procure bergamini.org, finally. Back, oh 13 years or so when I got on this internet thing I registered my first domain. I didn't think it would ever be cool to have your own name registered, so I didn't bother. I'm here to say I was wrong, but in my defense I was also poor and wanted to stay somewhat anonymous. As of a few years ago I noticed bergamini.com, .org and .net were all taken. I was able to get these .cc and .us domains but it's just not the same. At the time I contacted the owner of bergamini.com who wanted something outrageous like $3,000 USD for the domain. Yeah I'll wait and hope you get sick of reregistering with no profit. Anyway, someone decided to not reregister bergamini.org and I snatched it up. Right now bergamini.cc is the primary and .us and .org are just forwarded to here, but I will shortly make bergamini.org the primary. Score one for the home team.
