Yes, it's the photographer that was at an angle, not the towers. We were able to get the Lakota turbine up on the little test tower, it's about 20' off the ground. It does work but we haven't had enough wind yet to see it do anything. This allowed us to test fit everything once and make sure that there weren't going to be any surprises when we're 100' up. The main tower is now at 65' and two of the guy wires are in place. We need to add two more tower sections, then we'll disassemble the turbine and top from the test tower and reassemble it on top and add another level of guys to the topper. The topper could use a coat of paint too.
